Where do you ship from?
My shop is based in Dallas, Texas, United States.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but very limited due to updated tax laws in the recent years. Shipping prices do not include customs duties and taxes, which depend on your country's import laws.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders take about 3 - 7 days, and International can take from 2 to 6 weeks.
Time extends during holidays. Please allow this time to pass before contacting us about late mail.

I'd like to cancel my order. 
As long as the order has not shipped yet, I'm happy to refund the order. However, I'm unable to refund the fee that Paypal takes during refunds. Thanks for understanding! 

I'd like to add items to my order. 
STOP! Before you place another order, please contact me @ [email protected] ! This way, you don't have to be charged twice for shipping, and won't have to pay the refund fee :D However, if you're worried an item will sell out before I get back to you, then please go ahead and place another order. Thanks! 

How do you ship your items?
Non-flat items are sent in recycled bubble poly mailers.
Stickers/prints are sent in rigid envelopes. If stickers are ordered along with either buttons or charms, they will be sent in the bubble mailers as well!
All items are in clear plastic sleeves or brown masking paper.

What is the store's return and exchange policy?
If your order hasn't shipped yet and you wish to cancel or exchange something, please email me ASAP and we can work it out!

My purchase was damaged in the mail. What should I do?
Please send me a message along with some pictures of the damaged item and we can work something out.

My order hasn't arrived yet!
Unfortunately, I don't have any control over a package after it leaves my hands. If you've waited over 2 - 4 weeks (domestic and international respectively) for your package and it still hasn't arrived, please contact me. Provided that you pay for shipping, I am willing to send your package again one time.

My order arrived but an item is missing.
Please send me an email with your name and order number, along with a picture of your package and we'll get things sorted out.
